Effective October 20, 2026.
These terms cover your use of Eldrow, the daily word game at eldrow.fun. By playing or creating an account you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Eldrow.
Eldrow is free to play. A new puzzle is released every day, and past puzzles can be replayed for practice. We may change, pause or retire puzzles or features at any time.
An account is optional and is only needed for the leaderboard, keeping your streak across devices and reminder emails. You can sign in with an email code or with Google. You are responsible for activity on your account. How we handle your information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Choose a leaderboard name that isn't offensive, impersonating someone, or someone else's personal information. Don't use automated tools to play, submit results you didn't earn, or try to disrupt the game or other players. We may change or remove names and results, or close accounts, that break these rules.
You can stop playing at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing [email protected].
The Eldrow name, design, puzzles and code belong to Eldrow. You may share your results and screenshots of the game. The word list is built from the Wordnik open word list (MIT licence) and SCOWL (Kevin Atkinson and contributors), with word frequencies from wordfreq (Robyn Speer).
Eldrow is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't promise it will always be available or free of errors.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Eldrow is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the game, and our total liability for any claim is limited to zero dollars, since the game is free.
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
